Please enter your username and user ID. This is the only way we can identify you and the contract you want to cancel.
Contract you wish to cancel
Please provide precise details of the contract you want to cancel, e.g. the name of the premium package.
Contract cancellation date
If you do not specify a date, your contract will be cancelled at the earliest possible date.
Type of cancellation
Termination on the due date: You can cancel contracts for premium features with a minimum term and automatic renewal (I) before the end of the initial term with a notice period of 7 days or a shorter period (if agreed) or (II) after the extension of the initial term at any time with a notice period of one month or a shorter period (if agreed). You can cancel your user contract (account) at any time without notice.

Extraordinary termination: Even if your contract has been concluded for a minimum term, it may be cancelled prematurely for a specific reason, e.g. in the event of the death of the contractual partner. If proof is required, e.g. in the event of cancellation owing to a death, you can send it to us via email or post it to us as a written copy.
